I'm going to nail OVER 20.5 million. This puppy is the only chick flick out there. It's buzz is high... 3450 theaters.

No other movie like it out. And last but not least... can you say FREAKY FRIDAY!!! Just compare the numbers. This movie will pull in the same $$$ as Freaky Friday did. I say it'll do about 24 million maybe slightly more. They extra theaters is to match the buzz.

Man On Fire, IMO... has too much R-rated competition to go over 17.5 million. I think it'll do about as good as Denzel's last flick OUT OF TIME which pulled in 16.2 with a higher theater count. Also OUT OF TIME was only rated PG-13 so everyone could get in the theater to watch it. But Man On Fire is rated R and limited to adults, plus is playing in less theaters. I think the UNDER 17.5 is a good play.

TOP SEARCHED MOVIES COMING SOON:

1. 13 Going on 30
2. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
3. Mean Girls
4. Spider-Man
5. Man on Fire

yeah I have to agree with you KO with Man on Fire, but I didn't catch the lines going up last night, why did it take them so long? I didn't see Intertops post any lines either.

Lee has 26.5 million for his prediction for 13 going on 30. And someone who I respect and agree with a lot, Box Office Report, has 24 million for 13/30, and that's with only a 3000 theater count, it's gone up. I think the lines went up late because they were (are) weak. Wsex is WAY to low for 13 going on 30. I wish it would go down so I could nail the OVER again. I've already hit my limit at Intertops. This movie has too many theaters, and there is too many chicks out there who are going to see it.

Denzel is the man. Honestly, when (and don't say richochet) is the last time you saw Denzel in a bad movie?

Man On Fire's buzz number is 11, so I'm going to predict 14-16 million.
